Breve descripción del cargo

Responsibilities: - Perform legal research to identify state and local laws requiring business unit compliance - Update internal databases with state and local requirements and monitor closely for compliance - Prepare and submit all required forms to comply with state and local laws for leasing and rental property management - Perform analysis for tax appeal candidates and submit required forms for appeals - Follow up on legal, regulatory and legislation changes in the United States that impact business unit - Create contribution agreements for property sales according to business unit policies

Habilidades requeridas

Qualifications: -Student of Business Administration, Law degrees or other legal-centered degrees such as Notary Public, International Affairs and Translation Legal research experience required -Experience with some or all of the above-mentioned responsibilities preferred, but not required -Understanding of United States business culture to ensure effective communication with tenants, Home Owner Associations, brokers and local government agencies -Strong customer service skills -The candidate must be bilingual in English and have excellent verbal and written communication skills -The candidate must have a strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high rate of accuracy and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
