This position will be responsible for supporting Oracle EPM applications for various mid to large size customers located mainly in UK and North America.
Application support and incident management activities including but not limited to:
? Resolve incidents and fulfill service requests within established SLAs.
? Research & recommend best practices, upgrades and system/application migrations
? Serve as the primary point of contact for written/verbal status updates to customer and other relevant stakeholders
? Adherence to support process and service desk tools
? Management of escalated incidents to 3rd party vendors (Oracle)
? Application and production operations support including problem resolution, break-fix, enhancements, developments and optimization
? Experience with Oracle EPM 11.1.1.x to 220.127.116.11 (including Planning, Essbase, Financial Reporting, Calc Manager, EPMA, EAS and Provider Services).
? Working knowledge of ETL processes. ODI experience is a plus
? Understanding of accounting or finance core concepts and terminologies are a plus.
Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Business Intelligence (BI), analytical reasoning, problem solving, ability to explain problems and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical users, ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines. Accounting / Financial is a plus. Must have high-proficiency English level or Native speaker.
