Takes care of Infrastructure, Server environments and Cloud Services. Vendor management, networking, firewalls and VPN administration, Virtualization administration, servers? installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of internal/external systems, - hardware & software - and related IT infrastructure. Technical research to enable continuing innovation. Ensure that procedures, hardware, software and operating systems, adhere to compliance and best practices, enabling staff, volunteers, and Partners.
Technical POC for escalation during critical incidents. Manage internal/external providers, hosting, networking, connectivity, hardware suppliers. Manage technical processes, provide the environment for customers? activities. Provide technical directions support team.
Research innovative approaches for automated system administration tasks. Coordinate maintenance over platform, networking devices, lab server administration. Participate on server installation per standards. Recover from hardware/software failures. Networking & VPN administration and maintenance. Cloud services administration and maintenance. VOIP administration and support. RDM administration. Daily monitoring over network, infrastructure to ensure integrity and availability. Provide quotes for new office hardware/software acquisitions. Keep system standards, internal documentation, installation and configuration procedures. Operate under corporate CRM/Customer Support solution, based on best practices and compliance.
