General Profile The purpose of the position is to lead the Event & Alert Management Team and to establish and control standardized procedures for the correct handling of Events and Alerts. It will be interacting with other areas specially with the service operation in order to correct handle all events. Responsibilities - Team leader for the function of event and alert management. - Manager of the entire process and responsible for its effectiveness and efficiency. - Train and develop the team to achieve real customer satisfaction and quality standards. - Provide a 24x7 service

Habilidades requeridas

Required experience IT background. Experience with industry practices and professional standards is a plus. Valued Skills Management skills, process oriented, attention to detail. Business orient and Client Focused mindset. Familiarity with the industry practices and professional standards is a plus
