Job Description Fraud and Operations Agent is responsible for preventing fraud and maintain the safety of our company. Among its main tasks are: data entry and configurations, contact with sellers and internal customer, give customer support, analysis informs and reports, among other responsibilities. Key Responsibilities *Checking of lottery tickets *Data and analysis input *Contact with payment processors *Bonus abuse prevention *AML & CTF tasks *Chargeback *RFI´s management and prevention *Configuration of promocodes *Processing Customer payments *Debt recovery *Live assistance to call center Sale Agents

Habilidades requeridas

Skills *Excellent verbal and writing skills communication English and Spanish (Portuguese is desirable) *Advanced level in management of computer tools and Internet *First years of university studies *CS Agent experience (at least 6 months desirable) *Experience in payment, data entry and administration tasks *Knowledge of gaming industry products (desirable) *Excellent customer orientation *Excellent interpersonal skills *Ability to work under pressure *Adaptability to change *Ability for teamwork
