The position implies executive assistance (assistance to managers in various executive tasks), payment to suppliers, management of office suppliers, assistance in bank transfers, administrative tasks (receipts of collections invoices issued and collections to local and international clients).
The person in this position will be in charge of maintaining general conditions of the office and receive guests, prepare catering supplies and activities for special events (directorate meetings, special guests, New Year's Eve party, etc.), prepare business trips: flights, hotels, travel expenses, documentation, etc.

University students in administration or Secretarial Office with excellent spoken and written English.
The candidates must handle basic computer and Internet tools: gmail, google spreadsheets, google drive, google docs. and have a strong interest in technology.

Good disposition, order, systematization, high executive and operational capacity, practical problem-solving, resolution capacity, and team work are essential skills for the position.
