Under general supervision, analyzes, configures and implements internally developed HR software applications or packaged HR solutions including SuccessFactors and other HR software solutions. Translates business requirements into solution designs including technical specifications and recommended process changes. Designs and configures modules to enhance application functionality and improve system efficiency. Ensures existing software applications can be integrated into software solutions. Responsible for supporting end user questions, data conversions, data input, testing activities and aspects of reporting. Possesses an understanding of system architecture and makes recommendations that facilitate stability. Manages the details of overall project schedules and deliverables. Has the ability to coordinate and communicate cross-functionally with both business and technical partners. Can be trusted to manage appropriately confidential information to comply with GDPR regulations and ensures compliance with Sabre security and privacy policies. Consults with senior peers on non-complex projects to learn through experience. Basic skills with moderate level of proficiency.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years related experience. Proficient computer software skills; good written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
