We are looking for Associates to join the project, people willing to learn new things, with passion for finding solutions to problems on a daily basis and above all help our customers and deliver the Woow in every interaction.
? Communicate via inbound and/or outbound telephone calls with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
? Diagnoses customer issues through process of elimination by asking probing questions.
? Determine the appropriate solution based on diagnosis and executes the most logical fix providing verbal instruction to customer at a level of detail commensurate with customer PC knowledge and experience.
? Identify customer environment issues versus product issues.
? Checks for known problems and advises the customer accordingly.
? Proficient in English both at a written and oral level.
? Strong fluency with Web Technologies and Internet.
? A drive to dig into the details of a system or process to solve customer problems.
