Job Summary: The Business Process Support Analyst role provides business process and back office support to the organizational unit. Administers and executes processes, including checking, verifying, and maintaining accounting and commissions records, managing incoming documents, managing inventory of group contracts, data entry and input tasks, account reconciliations, report generation, internal and external client support. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *Support internal and external customers with administrative and operational tasks. *Perform data reconciliations and reporting. *Perform data entry tasks, including maintaining an assortment of records in the various systems. *Research issues submitted by internal or external customers and provide answers, written or verbal, in a timely manner. *Be able to conform to pre-defined SLAs. *Participate in specific projects and tasks as requested by management. *Provide ad-hoc reporting

Habilidades requeridas

Requirements: *Professional fluency in written and spoken English. *Proficient in MS Excel *Ability to enter data quickly and accurately *Computer software skills (Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook) *Detail oriented *Ability to work in a team environment *Knowledge of the travel industry is a plus
