TATA Consultancy Services is looking for Service Desk Agents able to provide technical solutions for Level One support to end users located around the world. As well as, must provide customer service over the phone, handling email/chats and be able to follow up tickets and to learn basic incident management. Agents should have an advanced level of English and either of these European Languages: - French - German - Italian - Portuguese - Czech or Slovak - Romanian - Russian - Dutch Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is a purely merit based employer and we do not ask money or employ any agency to make offers on behalf of TCS. Registry will be valued according to law 19691 art 8.

Habilidades requeridas
