TATA Consultancy Services is looking for an italian and English Service Desk Agent able to provide technical solutions for Level One support to end users located around the world. As well as, must provide customer service over the phone, handling email/chats and be able to follow up tickets and to learn basic incident management. *Registry will be valued according to law 19691 art 8

Habilidades requeridas

Requirements: Advanced level of Italian, as well as good English communication skills.
