Breve descripción del cargo

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is a purely merit based employer and we do not ask money or employ any agency to make offers on behalf of TCS. TCS Uruguay is looking for a Project Manager or Team leader with proven experience leading and coordinating Service Desk teams. Will be the owner of the delivery of the project, ensuring to exceeding SLA and customer expectation, held the relation with the customer at operational and tactical level. *Registry will be valued according to law 19691 art 8

Habilidades requeridas

- Excellent Leadership skills. At least 5 years of Service Desk experience. Proactive, with Initiative and creativity, high Analytical Skills to follow a data driven approach. - Customer oriented, highly committed. Winning spirit / goal oriented - Excellent Customer Service, Technical expertise. Good delegation skills
