Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is a purely merit based employer and we do not ask money or employ any agency to make offers on behalf of TCS. We are looking for Service Desk Agents able to provide technical solutions for Level One support to end users located around the world. As well as, must provide customer service over the phone, handling email/chats and be able to follow up tickets and to learn basic incident management.

Habilidades requeridas

Agents should have an advanced level of English. *Registry will be valued according to law 19691 art 8.
