Breve descripción del cargo

Responsibilities - Work closely with our customers and delivery teams to ensure successful delivery of projects - Ensure the projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budget - Play a leading role during project initiation to ensure that projects get off to a successful start - Assist in the management of scope and any requests for change that arise throughout the project lifecycle - Act as a main point of contact for customers during the project and relay on the team to ensure the most effective response - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and project metrics - Provide ongoing proactive communication to our customers on overall project status reports. - Play a lead role at project launch and project closure to ensure success - Participate in regular operations and forecasting meetings as required - Be ready to provide at least a short and quick answer to urgent concerns from clients, at any point in time.

Minimum Requirements - Excellent communication, relationship building, and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational skills with the drive to get things done - The skills to work effectively with others to ensure shared objectives are achieved - Excellent project planning, reporting, analysis, and documentation skills - A team player focused on results and customer satisfaction
