We are looking for Bilingual Service Desk Analyst, passionate about learning, with excellent customer and technical skills, to work in a multinational IT company.
Key responsibilities:
-Should be able to handle inbound / Outbound calls
-Resolve IT Support Request and Issues
-Maintain Service Records
-Perform IT Troubleshooting and should be able to resolve IT related issues remotely
-Should be able to document the tickets in ticketing tool
-Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
-Follow-up and update customer status and information
-Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
Habilidades requeridas
-Excellent Technical skills related to MS office, Windows 10, Browser issues, VPN, Basic windows troubleshooting
-Good Knowledge of ITIL processes
-Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
-Time Management
-Team collaboration
-Flexible to Work in 24*7*365/366 , Weekend shifts
-Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
-Customer-oriented and should have good customer handling skills
Advanced French level and intermediate English level
