We are looking for Bilingual Service Desk Analyst (English and Dutch), passionate about learning, with excellent customer and technical skills, to work in a multinational IT company. -Should be able to handle inbound / Outbound calls -Resolve IT Support Request and Issues -Maintain Service Records -Perform IT Troubleshooting and should be able to resolve IT related issues remotely -Should be able to document the tickets in ticketing tool -Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance -Follow-up and update customer status and information -Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures

Habilidades requeridas

-Excellent Technical skills related to MS office, Windows 10, Browser issues, VPN, Basic windows troubleshooting -Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills in English and Dutch.
