As a Business Systems Analyst for NetSuite, you will be the subject matter expert on our key financial systems. You?ll work closely with partners throughout the company to initiate, scope, and deliver on large and complex projects, as well as day-to-day maintenance to ensure our business runs smoothly. You?ll play a key role in determining the system architecture in an important area of our rapidly growing business. Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across Finance, IT, Operations, Engineering, and more to solve key business challenges through implementing best practices involving process change, configuration, and customization Facilitate and lead cross-functional requirement discovery to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements and functional specs. Identify unspoken/conflicting requirements and drive meaningful change even going against the grain (as needed)

Habilidades requeridas

A high level of expertise with NetSuite demonstrated through past experience Experience with designing and supporting integrations between NetSuite and other business systems like Salesforce, Manhattan WMS, etc Strong understanding of key financial and operational processes. Able to handle ambiguity and work effectively in a fast-paced and fluid environment. Fantastic written and oral communication
