We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master with 7 years of experience and an advanced level of English to work with us in a great US / Global project.
Work time is from 08:00 to 17:00 CST and following US Holiday calendar.
Position a 100% remote!
Habilidades requeridas
What you bring:
- 5-7 years of experience.
- Responsible for making sure that the team follows the processes and practices of the Agile
- methodology acting as a coach and assisting the Product Owner and the team by removing
- impediments to ensure the project's success.
- Gathers the team availability and the historical team performance (velocity)
- Responsible for creating initial project documentation and setting up Rhythm of Business.
- Coordinates the daily meetings, track the work of the team and reviews the team´s metrics
