- The Support Software Engineer will need to be able to confidently navigate the company's technology stack, take ownership of high priority investigations, identify root causes and stay cool under pressure. The main tasks will be: - Understand the operation of the various applications you will be supporting. - Take over the support process for the different applications we offer. - Implement the tools that allow you to make support more efficient.

Habilidades requeridas

- Work Experience (1+ year) in one or more OOP languages such as Java, C++, C#, etc. - Work Experience (1+ year) in TypeScript or JavaScript - Good understanding of Git - Work Experience writing SQL Queries - Experience developing Web Applications. Nice to have: - Experience supporting a large scale web application environment - Familiar with JIRA and JIRA HelpDesk - Familiar with ReactJS - Familiar with NodeJS - Familiar with non-relational databases such as MongoDB, CouchDB, etc - Familiar with cloud computing services such as AWS, Azure, etc
