Responsibilities:
- Leading 1 cross-functional team, building an environment based on transparency, accountability, and trust
- Aligning team objectives with product and enterprise objectives
- Helping your team flow efficiently towards their objectives and empowering them to deliver quality software
- Facilitating inner and outer team interactions, protecting the team from disturbance
- Helping your team identify and implement process improvement
- Helping your team give visibility on plans and progress to stakeholders
- Coaching your team members and supporting them in their professional development
- Recruiting the best talent to help your team achieve their objectives
Habilidades requeridas
- 2+ years of experience in managing software engineering teams, ideally in a remote/distributed setting
- Experience coaching and mentoring engineers
- Experience in software and web development, ideally in SaaS
- Good knowledge of agile software development practices
- Knowledge of architecture and design patterns
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Good level of English
