Responsibilities - Provide Technical Support to customers. - Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are done in a timely manner. - Build software tools - Fix production bugs and or implement development stories when needed.

Habilidades requeridas

Must - Work experience (2+ years) in development with GeneXus - Work experience (2+ years) with version control system such as GeneXus Server - Work experience (2+ years) with one or more DBMS such as SQL Server, MySQL,etc - Work experience (1+ year) in development with an OOP language, such as Java. - Fluent in English, writing, and speaking. Good to have (Bonus) Offered: - Familiar with GxFlow - Familiar with GAM - Familiar with Agile methodologies such as Scrum - Familiar with continuous integration and continuous delivery practices - Familiar with testing tools such as GxTest - Familiar with AWS - Familiar with NodeJS - Familiar with ReactJS - Familiar with Jira - Familiar with git, bitbucket or similar
