We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to coordinate and create smart and useful solutions for a leading customer data platform. This will include understanding what the client and their customers needs, turning that into plans and designs, and making sure everything is put together and working smoothly. You will take a management role towards the clients' customers and execute technical solutions and delivery.
Habilidades requeridas
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in technical consulting, solution delivery, or similar roles.
Experience with at least one programming language (either R, Python, SAS, Perl, Java, PHP) is required.
Knowledge in SQL with ability to construct repeatable SQL queries.
Experience with managing stakeholders across various levels and functions.
Understanding of structured or un-structured data analysis and tools.
Understanding of Change Management processes and methodologies is highly desired.
Proficiency with cloud platforms (either AWS, Azure or GCP) is a plus.
Knowledge of Marketing Technology stack is a plus.
