Description: The social media content moderator plays a crucial role in ensuring that published content meets the company's established standards and policies. This role involves moderating a variety of content categories, adapting to constant changes in policies and criteria, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Moderators must have a deep understanding of Brazilian culture as a significant portion of the content originates from this region and must be able to adapt quickly to different situations and challenges. Main Responsibilities: - Moderate and analyze content within various moderation categories. - Ensure accuracy and compliance with platform policies. - Quickly adapt to changes in moderation policies and criteria. - Maintain meticulous attention to detail in content review. - Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients to provide feedback and efficiently resolve issues.

Habilidades requeridas

Requirements: - 18 years old or older - Uruguayan ID - High School Diploma - Advanced Portuguese and Intermediate English Level Key Competencies: - Mental agility and flexibility to adapt to diverse situations. - Ability to handle a high workload and continuously learn. - Effective communication skills and the ability to argue clearly. - Professional Ethics: Commitment to the highest ethical standards and integrity in content moderation, ensuring impartiality and objectivity in all decisions. - Sensitivity to sensitive or violent content with the ability to handle delicate situations. - Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage time, ensuring timely and effective content moderation. - Cultural affinity with Brazil and a deep understanding of its culture and social contexts.
